ROLE OF THE TIBIALIS
ONE PIECE — NOT THE WHOLE SOLUTION.
The tibialis anterior contributes to ankle dorsiflexion control, shin resilience under repeated loading and the “accept contact” story of many athletic landings and decelerations.
Training it can be useful inside a broader knee-capacity model. Treating tibialis curls as Gate 3 itself collapses a system into a single drill.

ABSORPTION IS AN ATHLETIC SKILL.
Force absorption is the capacity to accept high rates of loading without dumping the athlete into uncontrolled collapse.
It is trained through progressive exposure — not by hoping sport alone “toughens” the knee.

DECELERATION
STOPPING IS A PERFORMANCE QUALITY.

Athletes who only train go-energy without brake-energy leave Gate 3 incomplete.
