I'm Gaurav Nandipura — MMA athlete and the founder of Dark Kinetics, an athlete intelligence operating system. I build complete athletes: strength, speed, conditioning, mobility, injury-proofing, physique, and nutrition. Everything here is built from training I actually do, packaged on Athlete OS.

For more than 12 years I've trained at the edge of what my body could do — chasing strength that actually shows up when it matters: in a sprint, a jump, a takedown, a strike.
My background is mixed martial arts, and MMA is brutally honest. It exposes every weak link — every hamstring that can't absorb force, every core that leaks power, every engine that fades. So I stopped training for the mirror and started engineering for transfer.
That obsession led me deep into the posterior chain, and to the nordic hamstring curl. I built up to loaded, full-range reps and watched the benefits compound — hamstrings that never pulled, faster sprints, sharper change of direction, and the confidence to attack training hard.

Mixed martial arts
The cage is the proving ground. Striking, grappling, and the absorb-and-explode demands of MMA are what every system I build is stress-tested against. If it doesn't transfer to a fight, it doesn't make the cut.
Elite performance
I'm obsessed with the ceiling — force production, proprioception, repeat-effort capacity, and the small biomechanical details that separate good from elite. Training is the craft; performance is the scoreboard.
Nordic mastery
I mastered the nordic hamstring curl — full-range, clean, bodyweight-first — through the same 7-phase benchmark-gated progression I teach: earn the descent, earn the return, then combine both. // Why nordics
The single biggest unlock I've found.
Most people treat hamstrings as movers. They're also proprioceptors — they sense landing position and brake force. Train them to absorb load eccentrically and everything downstream improves: speed, jumps, direction change, and resilience.
After years of loading nordics the right way, I've had zero hamstring injuries through hard MMA and sprint blocks. That's not luck — it's a trained tissue and a trained pattern. I built the Nordic systems so you can get there without guessing.
